Overview:

Sentara Norfolk General is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the High-Risk Labor and Delivery Unit.

This is a rotating shift position, 36 hours per week.

Preferred applicants will have experience specifically in Labor and Delivery.

Sign on bonus up to $15,000 available for qualified candidates.

Position Available

• Full Time, 36 hours per week

Education

• RN-Associate's Degree
• RN-Bachelor's Degree
• RN-Master's Degree

License / Certification

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
• NRP within 6 months of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of hire.

Experience

• Previous L & D experience preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Sentara Norfolk General Hospital , located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
