Aya Locums is seeking CRNAs for a locum assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a high-acuity role at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a fast-paced environment.\n

\nStart Date: January 5, 2026\n
\nContract Length: 12 months\n
\nSchedule: 4x10s (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), option for 8s or 12s\n
\nCoverage: Scheduled shifts with optional call\n
\nSetting: Acute Care Hospital, Level 1 Trauma\n
\nCharting: Epic\n
\nSupport Model: Care team model (1:4 supervision)\n
\nSites: 3 total (1 Level 1 Trauma, 2 community hospitals)\n
\nHospital Size: 700 beds\n
\n
\nCase Mix:\n
\nLarge Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic. No hearts or pediatrics required for locums. CRNAs administer their own drugs and perform epidurals, spinals, and arterial lines.\n
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nActive VA license (or issued within 72 hours)\n
\nBoard Certified (grandfathered acceptable)\n
\nMinimum 2 years of experience\n
\nLevel 1 Trauma experience required\n
\nComfortable floating between sites\n
\nMust be open to call (beeper system; approx. twice per month)\n
\n
