As a Project Manager, you'll lead construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and excellence. Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and resources for project execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Track project performance, schedule, and budget.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably wood-framed buildings.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proven problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
