Job Summary
TM Bus Inc. is currently hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers to join our professional and safety-focused team! This position guarantees 30 hours per week at $30 per hour, offering a reliable income with flexible scheduling.
As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, maintaining a punctual schedule, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.
The ideal candidate holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements, is DOE Certified/OPT Qualified, and values professionalism, reliability, and care for children.
Responsibilities
Safely transport students between home and school or designated locations
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
Report maintenance issues promptly to the dispatch team
Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus
Maintain a calm, respectful, and positive atmosphere on the bus
Qualifications
Valid CDL License with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements
DOE Certified / OPT Qualified (NYC)
Clean driving record with no recent accidents or major violations
Dependable, courteous, and safety-conscious
Ability to follow GPS directions and maintain a consistent schedule
