As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailers, docks, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, drivers, and vendors in accordance with site requirements. Document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions through required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
