We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our esteemed client, USAA, and be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the Salesforce user experience.
Implement Salesforce best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
Support ongoing Salesforce configuration and administration as needed.
Qualifications:


5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce administration.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
