Work You’ll DoAs a Consultant on the Sales & Service team supporting Salesforce programs, you will partner with business and clinical/operations stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, managing requirements through delivery, and driving functional design across patient support workflows.The TeamOur Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementationsExpertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience CloudBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Salesforce certificationsExperience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or MediaExperience presenting to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)Advanced degree in a relevant fieldThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
