What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a personal strategy to drive long-term business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Prospect and generate leads through strategic outreach, cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Build and manage relationships with potential clients, ensuring their hiring needs align with Talent Tactics’ staffing solutions.
• Analyze market trends and business needs to anticipate opportunities and position Talent Tactics as the best solution.
• Negotiate agreements and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Self-manage your sales flow using CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, pipeline progress, and conversions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and market trends.
• Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Talent Tactics’ value to potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience — staffing/recruiting or B2B services preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset —able to develop strategies, execute, and adapt to drive business growth.
• Proven ability to close deals —you don’t just start conversations, you turn them into revenue.
• Excellent pitching and negotiation skills —you can communicate value and lock in partnerships.
• Strong understanding of market trends, analytics, and customer needs —you know how to identify and seize opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment —you manage multiple opportunities and drive results without micromanagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track and manage sales progress.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
