Orthopedic Physician Assistant

Outpatient Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) Position Type: Full-Time Contract Compensation: $110–$115/hour (W-2) We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Outpatient Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) to join a busy, patient-centered orthopedic practice. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced orthopedic team in a collaborative outpatient setting. Schedule Full-Time Contract Monday through Friday Must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled shifts will fall within these operating hours) Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging. Assist with orthopedic procedures as appropriate. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, rehabilitation, and preventive care. Accurately document patient encounters using EPIC/EMR . Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Minimum 1–2 years of orthopedic surgery or orthopedic clinical experience preferred. Experience with EPIC/EMR . Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Ability to lift and assist patients weighing 50 pounds or more .
