Join Our Kitchen Team! We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew Members to help prepare the fresh, high-quality food our guests love. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook food according to Culver’s standards Keep up with orders in a fast-paced kitchen Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Stock ingredients and supplies as needed Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly Help with cleaning and other restaurant duties when needed What We’re Looking For Reliable and responsible Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Schedule We are looking for team members with daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability .
