Bank Teller PositionThis position is the "point of contact" for a majority of customers in their day-to-day transactions generally associated with teller work. This position is responsible for processing teller transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while offering Bank products and services.Position Responsibilities:Handle all teller functionalitiesOpen new accounts and cross sell bank products and servicesHandles customer's call and inquiriesAccepts new stop payment orders and handle return mailsBalances all data processing reports to Operations AdministrationPrepares data processing entries for submission to Operations AdministrationCompliant with bank regulationsBe acquainted of bank products/servicesAssists the Operations Officer as needed or requestedHandle additional duties assigned by managementFully compliant with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.) Must complete all required training.Skills / Qualifications:Working knowledge of all operations departments of the BankAbility to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of customersProficiency in basic computer skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsBilingual – English/Korean preferredEducation / Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred2 years in branch banking experience preferredWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the hourly range of $20.00 - $21.00. Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
