The Financial Consultant supports strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners with leadership to drive decision-making through financial insights, modeling, and performance analysis. Location: Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Orlando, FL Department: WPH Finance Support Unit Type: Full-Time (40 Hours) Shift: Days - Monday-Friday (Onsite) Why Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital? Responsibilities Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports Analyze KPIs and financial performance, identifying trends and risks Support business development and operational decision-making Collaborate across departments to align financial and organizational goals Identify and implement process improvements and best practices Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field Licensure/Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience. Experience: Four (4) years of experience in financial analysis and planning, accounting, reimbursement, public accounting, philanthropic accounting/finance or consulting. Healthcare experience is a plus. Computer Experience: Computer experience required with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Orlando Health
