Senior Product ManagerWe're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead critical initiatives for our e-commerce and field-facing sales platform. In this high-impact, individual contributor role, you will shape product strategy and execution across key growth-driving programs like Consultant onboarding, customer acquisition, loyalty, and field enablement tools. Your work will directly contribute to empowering our Consultant network and expanding Norwex's mission of creating cleaner, safer, better homes across North America.Drive Product Strategy & Execution: Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery for multiple high-impact initiatives, aligning with business goals and user needs.Champion Customer & Consultant Experience: Translate insights into actionable product features that improve user experience and both consultant and customer NPS.Own Roadmap & Prioritization: Partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, UX, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales—to define, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap based on data and strategic initiatives.Deliver Results: Continuously evaluate performance (qualitative and quantitative) and iterate to improve business impact.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency around product direction and decisions.Act as Product Expert: Bring deep domain knowledge and serve as a trusted voice on how our products evolve to meet business needs and market changes.5–10 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, direct sales, or consumer-facing industries.Proven success leading major product initiatives from idea to delivery with measurable business results.Strong analytical and communication skills—you can simplify complexity and rally others around your product vision.Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, and transitional environments.
