Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cheyenne, WY

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that allows you to be home weekly with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, providing you with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that brings you home every week.

Home Time: Every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to deliver consistent miles while allowing you to maintain quality time with your family and personal obligations.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimum heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home whenever safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handling dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical labor, letting you concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 to $1,250 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional earnings include detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes span across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
