Position – Painter
Job Location –De Pere, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift 2pm - 12:30am
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, up to $22/hour
Benefits – Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience - Minimum 1 yr Industrial Painting/Coating experience
Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, sanding, scraping, or sandblasting metal parts and structures to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Paint Application: Applying industrial paint, coatings, primers, and finishes using spray guns (HVLP), rollers, or brushes.
- System Operation: Operating industrial paint systems, including powder coating lines, automated spray equipment..
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Painting experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for full shift duration.
