What You'll Do As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will: Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently Assist with check-ins and check-outs Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date Provide clear, compassionate communication Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position.
