Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Salary: $50K to $60K DOE

Duties will include but are not limited to

• Manage incoming customer requests via email, phone and fa
• Process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare Purchase Orders for Direct Shipment Order
• Prepare shipping documents for domestic/international order
• Manage Blanket Order
• Create Labels with Customer specific product information
• Work with sales staff to understand the customer product/service specifications for sales order
• Maintaining Customer Files for accuracy of Pricing, Customer Contact information, etc.
• Communicate with Customers regarding their specific order requirements
• Communicate with Customers regarding any issues that may affect the on-time delivery of a product
• Coordinate with Purchasing to procure back ordered material
• Coordinate with Warehouses for shipment of orders
• Work with Customers Logistics Departments to arrange pick-up/shipment of orders
• Invoicing of orders
• Process Credits/Debits when necessary
• Coordinate with Team members to maintain workflow and provide high level of service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Distribution Business (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to learn and adapt to the company technology and product offerings
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to Software applications
• Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to work in a Team Environment, as well as independently
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility - able to adapt and embrace change
• Strong work ethic and reliable
• Min of 1 year work experience
• College Degree Preferred
