Senior Director, US Medical Affairs Strategy Lead, Gastrointestinal, Oncology and Emerging Indications

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to develop and execute US Medical Affairs strategy for gastrointestinal and emerging oncology indications. The role focuses on launch readiness, lifecycle management, scientific communication, and cross-functional collaboration to advance RAS-targeted cancer therapies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute US Medical Affairs strategy with focus on launch readiness and asset lifecycle management
Design and implement healthcare professional engagement strategy to inform medical objectives
Lead advisory boards, investigator interactions, and congress activities to communicate scientific insights
Conduct gap assessments and develop publication and evidence generation strategies
Represent medical affairs across cross-functional strategy teams including clinical, commercial, and market access

Requirements

Proven experience developing and driving medical strategy in oncology or similar therapeutic areas
Demonstrated expertise in scientific publication strategy and evidence generation planning
Strong track record leading healthcare professional engagement and advisory board activities
Experience representing medical affairs in cross-functional team environments
Ability to serve as therapeutic area content expert and communicate complex clinical data
Background collaborating with clinical development, research, and commercial teams
