Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / SME

\n \nJob Summary
\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on functional knowledge, experience in business process analysis, and the ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective SCM solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements. \n
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents. \n
- Work on SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Product Information Management (PIM), and Supply Planning. \n
- Support end-to-end supply chain business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, and fulfillment. \n
- Configure application setups, manage functional testing, and support SIT, UAT, and production deployments. \n
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution. \n
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions. \n
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and user training materials. \n
- Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live activities. \n
- Act as a functional SME, providing guidance on Oracle SCM best practices and process improvements. \n
Required Skills
\n- \n
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. \n
- Functional expertise in one or more core SCM modules, such as: \n
- Inventory Management \n
- Procurement \n
- Order Management \n
- Product Information Management (PIM) \n
- Supply Chain Planning \n
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain business processes. \n
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional configuration, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. \n
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support. \n
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and other functional consultants. \n
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation. \n
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SCM integrations. \n
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, data migration, and functional data validation. \n
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting. \n
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are an advantage. \n
