Position: .NET Backend Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN***REMOTE***

1. Write and maintain .net solutions and Python automations

2. Write and maintain product Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

3. Use AI tools and agents effectively to improve efficiency and accelerate development

4. Research cloud services, platform capabilities, and emerging features to assess technical feasibility and provide effort estimates

5+ years of experience with backend development, using a major programming language (.net, Java, Python, Javascript)

2+ years of experience with Azure in cloud deployment environments

2+ years of experience with CI/CD development including Github Actions

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment patterns and infrastructure as code practices

Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal oversight

Must demonstrate strong AI proficiency, including: o developing new skills o integrating effectively with agents o using enterprise-approved AI tools in day-to-day development to improve efficiency

10+ years of experience with backend development, using a major programming language (.net, Java, Python, Javascript)

1-2 years of experience with another programming language

Proficiency in technical design and architecture experience particularly with event-driven systems
