BrightPipe is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our AV production warehouse and team. This role combines warehouse operations, team leadership, inventory management, and technical oversight in a fast-paced tradeshow and live events environment.

The ideal candidate is an organized, accountable leader who can manage people, improve processes, and ensure equipment leaves our warehouse fully tested, configured, and show-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse technicians and contractors
• Manage daily warehouse operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Oversee inventory accuracy, equipment prep, testing, and maintenance
• Ensure projects are packed accurately and shipped on schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse
• Coach employees, drive accountability, and foster a positive team culture
• Support basic AV, computer, and networking troubleshooting
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, production, or operations leadership experience
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of AV equipment, computers, and basic networking
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  

Preferred

• Tradeshow, live event, or AV production experience
• Experience with inventory management systems
