• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• DoD/DON financial management, PPBE, budget formulation/execution, obligations and expenditures, variance analysis, reimbursable funding, Treasury Form 7600 A/B, N-ERP reporting, Tri-Annual and ULO reviews, federal fiscal law, DoD FMR, FAR, and appropriation law.

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

• Resume must show education/training/degrees or certifications, SECRET clearance level, citizenship, and relevant work history. Signed LOI required for contingent key hires. Copies of diplomas/certificates are not specifically required.

Travel Details

• CONUS travel as required to Navy/customer sites, including Indian Head, Norfolk/Portsmouth, Patuxent River, China Lake, Crane, Pensacola, Fort Worth, Bremerton, St. Louis, San Jose, Orange County, Savannah, Allegany Ballistics Lab, and McAlester. Travel requires Government approval and follows JTR.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Create, track, and manage Navy financial transactions from commitment through expenditure.
• Support budget formulation and execution and the broader PPBE lifecycle.
• Track obligations and expenditures and perform variance analysis.
• Manage reimbursable funding and interagency agreements, including Treasury Form 7600 A/B activities.
• Extract data from N-ERP and other financial systems and produce accurate, timely reports.
• Conduct Tri-Annual and Unliquidated Obligation reviews and financial reconciliations.
• Support de-obligation actions and apply federal fiscal law, DoD FMR, FAR, and appropriation-law requirements.
