Environmental Services Manager
Encompass Health
Encompass Health is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and infection prevention in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise EVS staff, coordinate daily cleaning and sanitation schedules, ensure regulatory and Joint Commission compliance, manage vendors and inventory, and support safety and infection control programs. You will partner closely with nursing and clinical teams to maintain a clean, safe, patient-centered environment. This position offers professional growth, leadership development, and the chance to directly support patient recovery.
