Assistant Store Manager Pay: $18.00 per hour Join a growing team at StorageMart! As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play an essential role in daily operations, customer engagement, and overall store success. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries Manage account records, billing, and collections Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards Qualifications Retail, sales, or customer service preferred (training provided!)
