EVENT SERVERS + BARTENDERS

We are looking for experienced Event Servers and Bartenders who are hands-on, fast, professional and willing to do whatever is needed to execute an event properly.

This is not a position where you only serve guests or stand behind the bar. Everyone is expected to help with setup, service, cleaning, breakdown and resetting the space.

• Arrive on time and ready to work

• Set tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, menus, candles and event materials

• Set up bars, service stations and beverage areas

• Know the food and beverages being served before guests arrive

• Provide polished, attentive guest service

• Serve food, wine and cocktails

• Clear tables continuously

• Refill water, wine, ice and supplies without being asked

• Keep service areas, bars and event spaces clean throughout the event

• Help the kitchen, bar and service team when needed

• Move tables, chairs, cases and event supplies

• Handle glassware, garbage and recycling as assigned

• Participate fully in event breakdown

• Clean and reset the room before leaving

Bartenders are responsible for complete bar setup and breakdown, including:

• Ice

• Glassware

• Garnishes

• Bar tools

• Wine, spirits and mixers

• Restocking throughout service

• Keeping the bar clean and organized

• Cleaning and resetting the bar at the end of the night

The job does not end when the guests leave.

All staff are expected to stay through assigned closing duties and help return the space to proper condition.

We are looking for people who do not stand around waiting to be told what to do. You should be able to see what needs to be done and take care of it.

Prior restaurant, catering, private event or hospitality experience required. Fine dining, wine and luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
