WAITSTAFF FOR BUSY CATERING HALL

**Immediate Hire**

As we continue to gain momentum after reopening, we are in search of dedicated, high-energy individuals that are willing to strive to be their very best at whatever endeavor they take on. Being part of a team that caters to Brides and Grooms on their wedding day, a birthday celebrant, or even a retiree celebrating many years of service to their craft, can be one of the more rewarding opportunities. Not only are you surrounded by beautiful settings and good music while at work, but also by people who are in a good mood and simply looking to enjoy themselves. All team members are in turn an integral component to creating lifelong memories for our guests.

Some specific duties would include:

-Setting up prior to the event

-Greeting guests at your assigned tables

-Acquiring knowledge of the menu for each event

-Taking dinner orders

-Delivering food to the patrons

-Bussing tables

Basic Qualifications:

-"Service with a smile" is a must

-Servers must always maintain a professional and well-kept appearance

-You must have the ability to remain on your feet for 5-8 hour durations and perform moderately heavy lifting of trays

-You must be able to communicate well in English, both verbal and written

-Experience is preferable, however, it is not required, as on-the-job training can be provided

*All applicants must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with NYC liquor laws, must possess a valid form of photo identification and must possess a social security card or another form of acceptable substitute documentation in accordance with the laws of NYC.
