Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy (Afternoon & Flexible Hours)
Location: Richlands, NC
Serving: Greater Richlands Area including Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Maysville, Piney Green, Half Moon, Hubert, Surf City, and nearby communities
Pay: $22–$27 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Afternoon & Flexible Hours

Blossom ABA is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. This role is perfect for candidates seeking consistent afternoon hours, part-time work, or hands-on experience in behavioral health, psychology, or education .

What You’ll Do:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home settings
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record session data accurately
Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
What We’re Looking For:
Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain (training provided)
Experience working with children (ABA, childcare, teaching, etc.) preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Passion for helping children with autism succeed
