Blossom ABA is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Jacksonville area . What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and track data on client progress
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Work closely with families and your clinical team to support each child’s progress

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
