In Home Sales Consultant

Job Description

We promote from within looking to train Independent sales associates and promote to Management.

Join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Araoz Home Services in the field - meeting homeowners where they live, delivering compelling in-home product demonstrations, and helping families discover solutions that genuinely improve their daily lives. This is a big-earning, territory-based position designed for self-starters who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and results.

This is a 1099-Sales position.

Responsibilities

Generate leads to build and expand the customer base
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate terms to close sales and maximize revenue
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Possess in-depth product knowledge to address client needs
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare timely sales reports for management review
Manage assigned territories to optimize coverage and sales
Network continuously to uncover new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Entry-level experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
