Dental Lab Technician

Location: Hauppauge, NY
Pay: $25-35/hour - Based on Experience
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time

Pure Dental Lab is expanding its digital dental lab team in Hauppauge and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician for a full-time, mid-level role. The technician will support high-volume production and complex implant cases, working with implant restorations, crowns and bridges, dentures and partials, and mixed restorative cases. This dedicated fabrication role operates within a cross-functional digital workflow using advanced CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, and milling systems, with opportunities for paid training, professional growth, and advancement toward a CAD Designer role. Compensation is based on experience.







 
Responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish implant restorations, crowns and bridges, dentures and partials, and mixed restorative cases.
• Perform quality control on dental restorations with precision and consistency.
• Conduct digital scanning and operate 3D printers and milling equipment.
• Maintain and support scanners, mills, and 3D printers.
• Coordinate with design, milling, and finishing teams across the digital workflow.
• Follow prescription forms, production timelines, and internal quality-control standards.
• Support high-volume production and complex implant case workflows.
• Maintain an organized workspace and efficient production flow.

 
Required Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow digital and manual workflows.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Interest in growth and development within a modern, technology-driven environment.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in dental laboratory technology.
• Dental laboratory technology training or certification.
• Experience with dental restoration fabrication and finishing.
• Experience with 3D printing, dental milling, and digital scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills.
