The NY office is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can help us in driving our continued growth and success.RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across social channels. These platforms may include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.• Pace, forecast and monitor all budgets• Conduct daily optimizations against campaign goals• Analyze metrics, provide progress reports, suggest new optimizations, promotions and initiatives for all social campaigns• Create and provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reports• Conduct targeting and optimization data analysis to drive performance• Prepare detailed documents, including strategic plans, competitive analyses, promotional plans and well researched POVs• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and holistic digital plans• Evaluate the metrics of project success and deliver strong recommendations based on outcome• Analyze current-state media campaigns and determine areas of improvement, expansion and refinement• Onboard, train, and coach junior level associates in the biddable channels technical knowledge, clientinteractions, and reporting.REQUIREMENTS• 2.5+ years’ experience managing paid social media campaigns• Must possess strong knowledge and technical understanding of paid social tools• Previous experience in successful planning, implementation and management of campaigns (emphasis on Finance or B2B category a plus)• Must be comfortable in compiling, analyzing, and conveying data and learnings in verbal and written settings• Deeply digitally-savvy with a passion for the latest news, events, products and trends pertaining to online marketing• Deadline driven, detail oriented and flexible enough to adjust to new opportunities as they arise• Stay current and forward thinking on new social media tools, platforms, band best practices• BS/BA Degree• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills• Excellent verbal and written skills $70,000-$82,500Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
