The Role:  As an  Executive Recruiter , you will play a critical role in identifying and placing top-tier leadership talent. You will engage with high-level candidates, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the success of leading companies in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead executive searches for General Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-suite roles

• Develop and maintain relationships with top executives in the industry

• Leverage our extensive candidate database to identify and place high-impact talent

• Collaborate with marketing and sourcing teams to drive engagement and recruitment success

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10-15 years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in executive search

• Passion for sales, relationship-building, and talent placement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills

• Organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
