Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. $50,000 - $75,000+ Based on Performance

• Proactively identify and recruit real estate agents through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agent candidates
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand agents’ goals, production, and business challenges
• Present the Snyder Team and eXp Realty value proposition clearly and professionally
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process in coordination with leadership
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM systems
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and local real estate gatherings
• Collaborate with team leadership on recruiting strategy and messaging

• Active real estate license preferred (not required)
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional, and consultative approach
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or business development is a plus
