Traveling Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support service centers with recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates. You will travel to multiple centers, career fairs and events to build a strong pipeline and fill hourly and intern roles. In this role you will collaborate with the Recruiting Manager, screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules and drive the onboarding process, helping new hires settle into their service centers and #J-18808-Ljbffr Dayton Freight Lines
