We are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with a focus on healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and deploying voice assistant solutions that support clinical workflows, patient engagement, or operational efficiency in healthcare settings.



Experience

• 6+ Years

MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI system development.
• Hands-on expertise in NLP, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, intent recognition, and dialogue management for voice assistants.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills for model building, training, and experimentation.
• Worked on OCR, GenAI-driven data extraction, and processing of unstructured documents.
• In-depth knowledge of search systems, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Skilled in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiar with healthcare data standards, clinical workflows, and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
