Customer Service Manager

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic customer service team in a global company known for its innovation in lighting and power electronics solutions. The role involves overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and coordinating with international teams. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and manage daily customer service operations Develop and implement customer service policies Oversee order management processes Analyze customer service metrics for improvements Provide analytical reporting for lead times and deliveries Support growth initiatives with senior leadership Communicate with customer leadership teams Collaborate with teams in Mexico and China Track customer sample requests and reporting Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience in customer service leadership or management Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in logistics and operational coordination Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Global or international business experience Experience communicating with international teams This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
