Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to join their team on a remote, long-term engagement. This opportunity is expected to last 6+ months and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Role Details Start: ASAP Duration: 6+ months, with potential to become permanent Location: Remote (ideal candidates able to commute to the office occasionally) Hours: Full-time Pay Rate: Starting at $70 hourly, commensurate with experience Responsibilities Conduct estate planning meetings with clients Customize, proof, and tailor estate plans based on client needs Handle post-death administration matters, including: Meeting with trustees and beneficiaries Answering questions and providing legal guidance Preparing and reviewing related legal documents Requirements Active license to practice law in California Experience in estate planning and trust administration Strong client communication and drafting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
