Enterprise Transformation Program Director

South Jersey Industries

South Jersey Industries (SJI) seeks a Director, Strategic Program Delivery to lead the enterprise transformation portfolio from Mt. Laurel, NJ with cross-functional leadership. You will establish governance, optimize delivery pipelines, and drive value realization across capital and O&M programs. The role requires extensive experience in program management, strong financial discipline, and the ability to partner with Finance/Strategy.
