The Urology group at Winter Garden provides advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments for urology conditions, including minimally‑invasive laparoscopic procedures using the da Vinci Surgical System. Position Full Time Urology APRN or PA-C to work on the AdventHealth Winter Garden campus. Responsibilities Perform physical examinations and evaluate and treat acute and chronic urologic conditions, including urologic oncology, in the clinic and hospital setting. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as routine laboratory tests and X‑rays. Monitor patient course of treatment and make referrals to physicians or specialists as needed. Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide consistent patient care and support staff. Maintain a caring and professional attitude at all times and pursue personal and professional growth. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, and the public. Schedule & Campus Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Campus: AdventHealth Winter Garden (required) Education & Experience Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN) with First Assist certification or Physician Assistant (PA-C) studies. Urology experience preferred. Licensure, Certification, and Registration Valid Florida PA or APRN license. Certification by NCCPA, ANCC, or equivalent. First Assist Certification (APRN).
