Arizona Foundation Solutions has served Arizona for over 30 years. We provide long-term solutions for structures with foundation problems to Homeowners across Arizona! We specialize in both residential and commercial projects. No two structures are alike, which is why we take the time to thoroughly assess the problem to determine the best transparently engineered solution.

Your Impact
- Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
- Serves as point of contact; stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
- Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them
- Ensures crews have what they need to be successful at their installations, including communicating accurately and timely job details, coordinating utility locates, preparing any special needs of an installation, and so on.
- Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free
- Provide tactical support to the production department and managers
What You Provide
- Demonstrable experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to see the picture while having a high attention to every detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
