Our kitchen is high-energy, guest-focused, and driven by a passion for great food and service.Position Summary:As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a casual dining setting. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll use your culinary skills to deliver consistent, flavorful dishes that meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to portion, presentation, and timing.Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and station maintenance.Assist with menu planning and accommodate special dietary needs as necessary.Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service.Take part in training opportunities to continually improve your culinary skills.Qualifications:Previous experience in a casual dining kitchen or similar environment required.Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.Familiar with dietary needs, menu planning, and catering processes.Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume setting.Weekend and evening availability required.
