This role is responsible for day-to-day business development, lead generation, and sales activities that support the growth of CLA's Digital Service Line. They develop relationships that generate new opportunities, represent the CLA brand and services in market, and contribute to digital services revenue growth.Essential Job FunctionsThe below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.Proactively identifies, develops, and pursues sales opportunities within the target markets and prospective client organizations.Builds relationships with technology leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities.Collaborates with technical and solution teams to align client challenges with appropriate Digital offerings.Leads prospects through the sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and opportunity identification through engagement launch.Represents CLA at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote Digital capabilities and generate business opportunities.Demonstrates exceptional client service and a commitment to helping clients achieve business and technology objectives.Identifies opportunities, addresses obstacles, and advances opportunities toward successful close.Maintains CRM activity, including pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.Conducts ongoing business development activities to support sales and revenue growth objectives.RequirementsExperience10 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, technology sales, professional services, account management, business development, or related fields required.Experience selling or supporting technology, digital transformation, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or data solutions preferred.EducationBachelor's degree is required.
