In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
-Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production for full
pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching.
- Assist our Market Sector Leaders with the development of local marketing plans, market analysis and support business
development activities
- Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and
pursuit capture planning
- Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams
- Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations
- Manage and produce virtual interviews
- Develop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening and selection of pursuits
- Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
- Write non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateral
- Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals
- Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications
- Coordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions and artwork
- Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
• Proposal development
• Editing/Writing
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
• Local candidate

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
