We are looking for a committed occupational therapist to evaluate and treat our patients according to the physician's orders, maximizing their functional potential in all areas of life.

Qualifications

• proven work experience as an occupational therapist
• Intensive education and clinical expertise
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid license to practice occupational therapy
• One year of experience in a pediatric setting preferred
• Experience in home health is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
• Consult and practice with other health professionals
• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
• Document patient care services
