Job Description Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory. Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions to maintain seamless operations. Utilize forecasting tools and software to improve accuracy and efficiency in demand planning. Generate and present regular reports on forecast accuracy and inventory performance to key stakeholders. Partner with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely product delivery. Continuously seek opportunities to improve demand planning processes and strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Demand Planner should have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and forecast trends effectively. Proficiency in demand planning tools and software, with a good understanding of supply chain principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A background in procurement and supply chain management or a related field. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000 USD.
