PMO Analyst

Location: Latin America, US Fully Remote Nearshore

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our client's team in the production excellence sector. In this role, you will contribute to mapping end-to-end business processes, extracting insights from stakeholder interviews, and documenting workflows to identify optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows from intake to completion for assigned workstreams.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews to capture process knowledge.
• Produce workflow documentation packages for leadership review.
• Develop improvement recommendations with effort-vs-impact framing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in project coordination, PMO support, or project analyst roles.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English (CEFR B2).

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Advanced experience with project management platforms (queries, dashboards, extensions).
• Power BI development for project reporting.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
