Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN to join their team in Everett, WA. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a clinician-led organization focused on making healthcare better for everyone. Clinicians will benefit from robust clinical resources, data, and global organizational support, fostering a collaborative environment guided by diversity and inclusion. Practice Info Full-scope OB/GYN practice Robotic Surgery available Strong multidisciplinary support from experienced Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and dedicated surgical schedulers Excellent relationships with Gyn/Onc, Uro/Gyn, MFM, and Infertility MDs in the community Great peer-to-peer support Opportunity to teach medical students EPIC EMR Compensation $40,000 in Bonuses Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000 Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) Shift & Schedule 4-day work week (1.0 FTE) 3-4 call shifts per month Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology or ability to obtain prior to start date Unrestricted WA State Medical License or the ability to obtain prior to start date Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date Training or Experience in EPIC EMR
