• Collaborate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality food and beverages
• Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, payroll, and budgeting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and food service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
