POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is currently looking for a Program Lead to support an upcoming government language instruction contract. *This contract is pending award

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the program.
• Develop annual and quarterly operational plans for language training delivery.
• Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for country-level language instruction operations.
• Ensure instructors adhere to curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and program policies.
• Address instructor concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution in a timely manner.
• Participate in meetings with government agencies, educational institutions, or partner organizations as needed.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: All personnel hired are required to possess and maintain a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation as a condition of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of three years’ experience managing a foreign language distance learning program, including oversight of: Recruitment, development, and scheduling of a cadre of foreign language instructors across ten or more languages; Staff and Scholar use of online, synchronous learning management systems.
• Experience in foreign language instruction is highly desired.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience teaching foreign languages to military students.
• Experience managing a government language program.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 9-5 schedule or as required by the customer.

PAY RANGE: Ascensus Global (AGI) pay and level will be determined by several factors including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data.
