At Gallagher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Gallagher's future and unlocking unparalleled opportunities for both clients and yourself – while experiencing The Gallagher Way, a culture fueled by shared values and a collective passion for excellence.How you'll make an impactAdminister complex payrollsManage day-to-day payroll tax configurationsReconcile quarterly/annual tax filings, and complete other multifaceted payroll and HRIS-related projects as needed Take ownership of providing service to multiple clients using various solutionsActively provide best practices, process improvements, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictionsEffectively manage and create documentation relating to processes, procedures, and trainingWork in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficientlyIdentify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s HRIS/Payroll platformBuild and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environmentSuccessfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized mannerPrioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlinesAbout YouPreferred experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or WorkdayExperience with other HRIS solutions is a plus (e.g. stand alone ATS, Performance, and Benefits)Experience in payroll/ HRIS implementations Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator roleProficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUPAttention to detail problem solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential settingExperience with reconciliations on a per payroll basis as well as quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification#LI-AV1Compensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.For more information, visit our Benefits page.Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-beingCareer development opportunities and ongoing learningA collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadershipThe opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impactAt Gallagher, we are dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace.
